The New Hampshire Coalition to End Homelessness (NHCEH) is pleased to partner in the hosting of the New Hampshire Statewide Street Outreach Summit on Monday, November 13 in Concord.

NHCEH is joined by the Balance of State, Greater Nashua, and Manchester Continuums of Care in collaboration with the DHHS Bureau of Homeless Services in hosting this full-day event. The summit will be held from 8:30am to 3:00pm at the Department of Transportation, located at 7 Hazen Dr, Concord NH.

The New Hampshire Statewide Street Outreach Summit will convene street outreach workers from across the state for the first time in three years.

The full-day in-person event will bring together experts, professionals, and community members passionate about making a positive impact. The summit will include engaging presentations and interactive group work to share ideas, best practices, and innovative approaches. This is an opportunity to network, collaborate, and learn from like-minded individuals who are dedicated to improving street outreach services.

This event is designed to support street outreach staff, promote best practices, and contribute to the ongoing efforts to create a safer and more inclusive community.
