The Personal and Financial Costs of Insufficient Housing details how insufficient housing in NH creates high frequency service users.  The report, which was a joint effort by the NHCEH, the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, Families in Transition and New Horizons for NH, concludes with recommendations on reducing high utilizers, including implementing multi-disciplinary team of service providers, such as Community Care Teams, to manage complex cases, increasing supportive housing program, and expanding respite care options.
